If changes need to be made to an order after it has been placed, you must contact our office as soon as possible by calling at (866) 280-0400. We will attempt to make any changes requested before the order is processed, however, depending on when the change or cancellation request is received we may not be able to intercept or make changes to the order before it has been processed. In the case that the change request was received after the order has been processed, the customer is responsible for any additional costs which may be incurred due to the changes including but not limited to any re-stocking fees.
